Out of Network

If you decide to use insurance I will have to submit a diagnosis to your insurance company. We can discuss this together at the end of your first visit. Also, insurance companies usually request information about the progress of treatment if you need more sessions. You may be able to receive a tax deduction for your payments. Please consult a tax expert to determine if this is true for you.

Self-pay

Many people who can afford self-pay choose this method so as to not have to submit personal information to an insurance company.
My out of pocket fee is $125 per fifty-minute hour session and for the first session of up to 90 minutes.
I do offer a sliding scale for those who truly need it.
All payments and co-payments are expected at the time of the visit.
